Tears

Rippling down the cheeks or nose emotionally, these say a lot of things to many people …. They understand it in many ways as they think on it or as they like to see it in their minds …

After a real long time it has happened to me… I saw myself as I was a few years back before yoga … reacting to things in the same manner… being misunderstood… and not being able to cope up with this feeling … going through a turmoil… but soon I realized it and got back on track towards the calmer me … although by then things had taught me a lot on every aspect of it…

Now on the next day of it being even calmer, I am analyzing that it happened for the good even though I understand that what happened was not good ….

Coming back to the reason of tears, when emotional it can be any or a mixture of reason or more, be it sadness (as most perceived), dissatisfaction, immense joy, anger, incapability of expression in words, helplessness or feeling offended or any other reason. It occurs when the point of tolerance is surpassed. If we see anybody in such a situation I suppose it’s better to either just be silent or let the person be for a while so as to let them listen to themselves and then speak out on the subject or may be just be able to explain what is happening instead of being judgmental ourselves.

Now there are people who take longer time to come out than others and also there are who even if want to speak are unable to release until calmly asked or discussed on the matter…. One may need company but defiantly not a chatter box who has his/her own world of views to tell and not listen.

Yoga here coming to the rescue teaches ‘being a witness’ attitude which can keep a check on what we are doing and help us finding a way out through contemplation towards root cause of trouble… helping ourselves lead the self correctly and even try to solve the situation.
It is actually learning this attitude that helped me out too… as I came back to myself when the inner self hinted me of my misbehavior to myself …  So, just want to thank Yoga for being.

Until next Blog... Let the bliss take you

restlessness

Restlessness

The over powering restlessness is something that leaves one to be of no good for oneself…. How easily we give up thinking of what should be done… and then say … what to do … what to do … and what to do!? …. As if somebody else is going to lead our lives and we are just meant to consume the sweet nectar without even searching the place to get it!
Restlessness …while writing this word also a sense of rest-less-ness occurs, tinkering around the same keys to write the word through a key board.

It is Not realizing the fact that Peace is just a few thoughts and a few breaths away …
It’s the feeling that might be led by helplessness or leads to it sometimes, or may be just a result of impatience for anything. Restlessness is that which may not give you a positive result until it’s dealt with...

Recently I just encountered a realization about this feeling and its simple to overcome remedy – I myself was getting restless for something in life and just the thought to solve this problem led me to the solution, and it is - just think of ‘what is possible now’ to do and if you actually think right you’ll find so many options that you will be crowded with work and no time to think of restlessness.

It’s the spurt of energy lying in not utilized, and when you put the energy to work it exhausts to leave you calm. Just like an exhaustive workout leaves you enjoying the relaxation period after it. I understand it as the actual relaxation. For me how can a person know rest if one has not been working enough. For a lazy person a little work is enough but actually may not be enough for his/her body! well, that's another topic is how much to work, so leaving it for now.
Its very important in life to earn our value for ourselves, only then we can keep this restlessness aside. So whenever you get into it, remember, and ask yourself on what you are missing inside and you definitely get an answer if you be true to yourself. The Other way out is also shown by yoga which teaches you techniques of relaxation, bringing the mind to silence which results in highest possible return (that you expect from yourself mentally and also physically till an extent) as thinking becomes free from biased nature.

So finally everything can Rest surrounded with peace that you radiate from within.

"Mahurata" or the right time -

Just today morning I was thinking of the date and about the time to start my new regime and instantaneously it took me back to the various times I have done the same counting the date or the day or the time and said to myself that OK from now I’ll do this, or start this for life, or just that this will be done now or from such a date ……… All for nothing …. I don’t remember a single date or the things that I have been able to do .. or at least by that way….
Somehow one has to do things on right time but this time comes from within….  the determination has to be done at the core,  and that itself leads you to the fulfillment .. it doesn’t  matter  when you start eg. Yoga , doesn’t matter when you do but the determination takes you there…
And the Mahurata should be determined from the inside and it’ll be right….. I think its good to consult someone but to become very particular and depending on the outer factor more than the inner one takes us away from ourselves and thus taking us away from our power and independent happy feeling which is its byproduct of it……
So lets move towards ourselves and let everything happen …..

Namaste!
