Rippling down the cheeks or nose emotionally, these say a
lot of things to many people …. They understand it in many ways as they think
on it or as they like to see it in their minds …
After a real long time it has happened to me… I saw myself
as I was a few years back before yoga … reacting to things in the same manner…
being misunderstood… and not being able to cope up with this feeling … going
through a turmoil… but soon I realized it and got back on track towards the
calmer me … although by then things had taught me a lot on every aspect of it…
Now on the next day of it being even calmer, I am analyzing
that it happened for the good even though I understand that what happened was
not good ….
Coming back to the reason of tears, when emotional it can be
any or a mixture of reason or more, be it sadness (as most perceived),
dissatisfaction, immense joy, anger, incapability of expression in words, helplessness
or feeling offended or any other reason. It occurs when the point of tolerance
is surpassed. If we see anybody in such a situation I suppose it’s better to
either just be silent or let the person be for a while so as to let them listen
to themselves and then speak out on the subject or may be just be able to
explain what is happening instead of being judgmental ourselves.
Now there are people who take longer time to come out than
others and also there are who even if want to speak are unable to release until
calmly asked or discussed on the matter…. One may need company but defiantly not
a chatter box who has his/her own world of views to tell and not listen.
Yoga here coming to the rescue teaches ‘being a witness’
attitude which can keep a check on what we are doing and help us finding a way
out through contemplation towards root cause of trouble… helping ourselves lead
the self correctly and even try to solve the situation.
It is actually learning this attitude that helped me out
too… as I came back to myself when the inner self hinted me of my misbehavior
to myself … So, just want to thank Yoga
for being.
Until next Blog... Let the bliss take you
Be in Yoga…
